New and clean place with big beds and curtains for privacy. Helpful staff went the extra mile to show me around and order a vegetarian meal. Cozy atmosphere with free coffee, tea, juices, and toast. Convenient location near BTS and Sathorn Pier for easy travel.

We had an outstanding stay at Zhelter'Bkk. The owner went above and beyond in helping us plan our trip and providing us with all the information we needed. The facilities were well-maintained, including the clean shower rooms and toilets. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee served by the owner every day. The location was convenient, being near the BTS station and Sathorn Pier, yet still quiet at night. there were plenty of massage stores, eateries, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab food whenever we wanted. We will definitely choose Zhelter'Bkk again when we return to the city.
Couldn't stay longer 😞

My recent stay at Zhelter'Bkk was fabulous. The room I stayed in was very spacious, especially for Thai standards, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The industrial decor gave the room a unique and modern feel. I particularly loved the big walk-in shower in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of local restaurants and massage places nearby. The staff was friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from several restaurants and public transportation options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed that had curtains for added privacy. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to assist with any questions or concerns. the hotel provided a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our romantic escape.
While our stay at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of a mini fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient, although there was a communal fridge available for use.
